Do you know that the weight of ants in the world is equal to the weight of human beings in the world? However, when they are lined up across your kitchen counter, they aren’t so cute. Is there anything more annoying than waking up in the morning, wandering into the bathroom or kitchen and finding a trail of ants? Don’t worry we will tell you how to get rid of ants.
1.Salt
Sprinkle some salt everywhere you think ants can enter your place. The places where they enter from are cement cracks, in garbage pails, outside trash cans, under doorways.
2.Oranges
Oranges are one of the best sources to get rid of ants. Make a paste of one cup of warm water and a few orange peels. Spread this paste around entry points of ants and wipe it afterward.
3.Pepper
Ants love sugar and they just hate pepper. Put the peppers where the ants enter the place. The pepper wouldn't kill the ants but definitely deter them from returning to your house. It is one of the best way to spread to people about how to get rid of ants.
4.Soap and Water
This method is tried by old people living in villages. Simply fill soap and water in a utensil and put them around ants. This will not kill ants but rather they will leave that place.
5.Lemon
Squeeze a lemon and place peels of lemon from where the ants enter. You can also wash your floors with water that has a little lemon juice added to it. Ants apparently don't like the smell of lemon juice so they will keep away.
6.Coffee Grounds
From a source, we came to know that ants don’t like coffee grounds. So take those used coffee grounds and sprinkle them in your house, entry points.
