The striking beauty seems to have finally recovered from her intensive surgery, which involves removing fat from a range of areas in the body before it's transferred to the bum to enhance its size and shape.
After initially trying out the surgery earlier in the year, Jemma told the Sunday she was going back for another lift, as she always had an obsession with having a bigger bum. She had the last fat transfer four months ago but as soon as she woke up from the surgery she knew that now wanted a second one. She has just recovered from the last one as it takes about 3 months before you can sit down and lie down properly but she ready to go back in, she was propelled into the limelight on Channel 4's Brat Camp in 2005 where she was sent to a US correctional centre following a string of offences including shoplifting atop being expelled from three schools.
