John Duttenhofer: A gamer Who Got Inspired By Call Of Duty And Now Fighting With ISIS.

We all have played video games like Call of Duty, Counter-Strike and Need for Speed. We all also dreamt to live a life of a soldier on the battlefield. Well, I sure dreamt a lot about it. But as from up, we released that there is a lot of difference in animation life of video games and the real life isn’t less than any Call of Duty or Battlefield.


Call of Duty

If I say that there is a guy who took the game Call of Duty too seriously and became soldier went to fight ISIS in real life. John Duttenhofer a 24-year-old from Colorado, U.S decided half a year ago that he is going to fight ISIS while he used to play call of Duty a lot. He sold his car and fled to Syria to fight along with YPG so he can contribute to making Raqqa independent from ISIS.

Duttenhofer claims that he used to play 13 hours a day that eventually teach him that how to survive in a rough situation battlefield. Although it was his first ever journey to any other country. Just a few days ago his leaves got approved and he Is going back to home Colorado.

His parents got so shocked and were terribly terrified when he told he is going to fight against ISIS. Talking about his daily routine in warzone Syria he said during the day he used to talk to his friends, chatting and playing tablepod game Dungeons and dragons and in the night he used accompany Kurdish soldier and fight with ISIS.





Duttenhofer said he is sad from the fact that there are groups which are more brutal and dangerous than nazi's and he doesn’t want to live in the same world with them, so he gonna fight with them.
